Online Enrollment Procedure for NEW STUDENT APPLICANTS

New Student Applicants can now enroll online using vSmart Enroll! (Starting May 28, 2020)

Step 1: Go to https://enroll.vsmart.ph/school/cdsa and click the appropriate grade level on the left.

Step 2: Read the "Data Privacy Consent" and check the boxes at the bottom to agree. Click the "Proceed" button after checking the boxes.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary information (two pages). Make sure that the "required" fields are answered to continue to the next page.

Step 4: Scan or take a snapshot of the required documents for admission and upload it on the third page (as shown). These documents are still required to be submitted physically to the Registrar's Office once the Community Quarantine has been relaxed (photocopy for the Birth/Baptismal Certificates and Graduation/Completion Certificates, original copy for Report Card, Good Moral Certificate, 1x1 ID Pictures).

Step 5: A confirmation notification will be shown. Click "Yes" to submit your application, or click "Cancel" to go back to the previous pages and make changes.

Step 6: Once submitted, a confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address that you've provided. Make sure to check your e-mail regularly for the next steps in the enrollment process. The Office of the Guidance Advocates may call/text or send you an e-mail regarding the details and procedures for the entrance exam (No Entrance Exam for Nursery to Grade 3 only).

Step 7: Once the Office of the Guidance Advocates and the Office of the Registrar have approved your application, you will receive another e-mail from the vSmart System. To proceed to the next step of enrollment, click the "View Payment" link on your e-mail message.

Step 8: The link will open a new browser window/tab showing you the breakdown of fees. At the bottom of the page, you can choose from the available payment plans.

Step 9: To see the details for each plan, click the orange box at the right of the payment plan options. Click "Next" after choosing your appropriate plan.

Step 10: You will be asked to choose how to pay. You can pay in cash (over the counter at the Finance Office) or via online banking/bank deposit. To know the bank account details, click "Bank" and then click "View Account Details".

Step 11: After making the appropriate payment, upload the picture of your receipt or bank deposit slip/online payment reference number screenshot by clicking "Please browse and upload Proof of Order" then click "Submit".

Step 12: Once the Finance Office has verified your payment, you will receive a confirmation message on your e-mail that your child is successfully enrolled.

Alternatively, our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am-12:00nn and 1:00pm-3:30pm to process your application and payments. To comply with the IATF Guidelines, only those 21-59 years of age will be allowed entry. Also, no face mask and QPass, no entry.
