Pupils from the ECE and Grades 1-3 had a fun costume party and "Trick or Treat" as a way to end the first half of the school year. Kids don their best costumes and "wandered" the campus with their scary (but cute) looks and sweet goodies.
CDSA will have its sem break starting October 27 up to November 7.

Living Rosary 2011
The Living Rosary is an annual activity of the CL Department and the CIE Department for the month of October. October is the month of the Holy Rosary, and for this year, Filipinos are encouraged to pray the rosary every day up to May 31, 2012 for world peace (A Million Roses for the World).
A presentation is showcased between mysteries, and for every "Our Father" and "Hail Mary" a balloon is tied to form a rosary. Doves were released and the balloon-rosary is set free after the prayers. It is always a heart-warming spectacle.

World Teachers Day 2011
October 5 is World Teachers Day. Many countries around the world celebrate this special day for teachers with various programs, with some schools giving incentives and perks to their most valued faculty. The Student Coordinating Board and selected students of CDSA, under the supervision of Mrs. Criselda Cruz, prepared a series of presentations to entertain our hardworking teachers.
The teachers were given a cross-sword welcome by the CDSA cadets. Various song and dance numbers were presented to the delight of the teachers. At the end of the program, flowers and gifts were given to the teachers by their students.
