Mass of the Holy Spirit

Colegio de Santa Ana celebrated the Mass of the Holy Spirit last Friday (June 18) to open the school year 2010-2011 and ask for God's continuous guidance and blessing. The Mass of the Holy Spirit is a tradition among Catholic schools, particularly those of Jesuit Schools, celebrated at the beginning of a school year. Truly, CDSA is committed in the realization of Christian Living as the core of its curriculum.

Pupils actively participated in the homily of Fr. Salvador O. Yun, director of CDSA, during the Elementary Mass.

High School students listened attentively in the homily of Fr. Buddy during the High School Mass.

CDSA students dancing in praise and worship.

New pupils/students are welcomed and presented to the CDSA community.

Administrators, teachers and staff are formally introduced to the CDSA students. This is a tradition known as "Schola Brevis" among the Jesuit Schools.
